The TransIT®-293 Transfection Reagent was specifically developed to achieve the highest transfection efficiency in HeK 293 cells. This ready-to-use reagent results in 75–85% transfection efficiency using EGFP as a reporter, with minimal cellular toxicity. Highest transfection efficiencies are achieved when transfections are performed in serum-containing media, with no media change.
