The Xcm-eCapIt provides electronic semi-automatic sealing of microtubes and microplates in a 96 format rack.
Suitable for use with FluidX EasyTrack caps, Micronic TPE capmats, Matrix Technologies Sepraseals and Abgene sealing mats. (Adapters may be required).
Cycle time is approx. 5 seconds.
The depth of the capping action is adjustable, using spacer plates, to ensure efficient capping of all tube types. The Xcm-eCapIt will seal both full and partial racks.
Easy to use, simply place a rack in the drawer with a capmat fitted loosely on top. Push the drawer in and press the start button. When the sequence is completed the drawer is opened and the rack can be removed.

The Xdc-96pro decapper eliminates the need to manually remove the caps from a wide variety of 0.5ml, 0.75ml and 1.4ml septum sealed tubes. This dramatically improves productivity and increases the choice of liquid handling systems by eliminating the need for septum piercing.
Can be used either manually or in automated mode. The Xdc-96pro will also dispose of the caps or recap the same caps back into the same tubes, eliminating the need to manually re-cap after the tubes have been sampled.
Use as a stand-alone system, with the simple to operate membrane key pad, or integrate into automation systems using the RS232 or Windows driver provided.

A benchtop, high-speed whole rack tube decapper that can automatically remove and dispose of screwtop caps from a full 96-tube rack.
Alternatively, the screwtop caps can be held within the Xsd-96 while the user fills, or accesses, the tubes. Caps can then be automatically reinserted into the same tubes.
Each cap receives the same torque to ensure optimal seal quality and consistency.
Thread is tracked precisely to avoid cap cross threading. By adjusting to the tube pitch for each manufacturer the Xsd-96Pro will ensure that caps are not cross threaded during recapping process.
Cycle time is less than 15 seconds. Stripper plate eliminates the risk of splashing or aerosol.
The Xsd-96pro can be used in either manual or automated mode.

A compact, high-speed column tube decapper that can automatically remove and recap screw top caps from a column of eight tubes in a 96-format rack. Cycle time is just 15-20 seconds.
Decapping only one column at a time minimises sample exposure to atmosphere and reduces the risk of contamination.
When recapping, the Xsd-8 replaces the same screwtops to the original tubes. Each cap receives the same torque to ensure optimal and consistent seal quality.
Compatible with all 96-format screwcap tubes from major suppliers.
The Xsd-8 column screwtop decapper/recapper is ideal as a standalone unit or can be easily integrated into robotic systems.
