Common technical and commercial questions regarding the implementation of Clara® Inhibitor-Tolerant mixes into your laboratory workflows.
Kits should be stored between -30°C and -20°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. The Probe Mix (DNA only) can be stored at 4°C for up to one month for immediate use.
These mixes are extensively tested against standard laboratory chemicals (SDS, guanidine, ethanol), biological inhibitors found in blood (hemin, heparin, IgG), urine (urea), and environmental samples (humic acid, chlorophyll, tannic acid).
Yes. We offer these mixes in Lo-ROX, Hi-ROX, and No-ROX formulations to ensure compatibility with all major real-time PCR platforms. We also provide a Separate-ROX kit that includes a 50 µM ROX additive for custom normalization.
