Guidance on selecting the optimal library prep chemistry for your sample type, input requirements, and workflow goals.

Use the Standard kit for pre-fragmented DNA, such as cfDNA, CT-DNA, or samples already sheared via sonication. Use the Fragmentation kit for intact genomic DNA or FFPE samples where enzymatic shearing is preferred.

The Standard kit supports inputs from 500 pg to 1 µg. The Fragmentation kit is optimized for 1 ng to 500 ng. Both are compatible with low-input and high-complexity library requirements.

The proprietary fragmentation and ERAT module reduces sequence artifacts—specifically false chimeras and hairpins—by up to 90%. This results in more accurate variant calling and better sequencing economy.
